o    Accounting/Bookkeeping Services/Payroll - $25/hr

o    Administrative Services - $20/hr

o    Business Operations Consulting - $75/hr

o    Digital Photography (location - real estate) - $30/hr plus mileage (55¢/mile)

o    Event Planning - $60/hr plus mileage (55¢/mile)

o    Financial Services – Budgeting, Planning, Analysis - $50/hr

o    Graphic Design - $35/hr

o    SEO - $40/hr

o    Social Media Marketing & Management ( FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter ) - $50/hr

o    Web Design & Blogging - $40/hr

• Time is billed in 15 minute increments. Charged by the hour with a minimum requirement of 2 hours.

• A deposit is required before any work begins by our virtual assistants.

• All clients will be charged for any expenses incurred during the course of the work (copies, phone charges, postage, etc.).

• Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted via PayPal.

• Rates are negotiable depending upon scope of project and length of assignment.

*Client packages are available at a discounted rate for multiple services and long term contracts.

Standard Business Terms

A written contract is required. Clients will be invoiced and payment is due as indicated above. PayPal is available for quick and easy payment.

There are no refunds or carry over for prepaid clients as this is a reduced rate.
